Boutique Manager

As a Boutique Manager at A. Lange & Söhne in Chicago, you will lead the boutique with an entrepreneurial spirit, ensuring that budgets are met and client services are exceptional. You will drive sales, support sales floor functions, and build client portfolios while maintaining the highest standards of the brand.

• Achieve individual and team sales goals and overall Boutique KPIs.
• Drive sales and customer service to consistently meet or exceed targets.
• Develop and implement proactive sales strategies.
• Partner with management to develop long-term client relationships.
• Anticipate business needs and activate plans to minimize disruptions.
• Adhere to operational and audit policies and procedures.
• Maintain the boutique to brand standards.
• Manage back of house operations.
• Lead hiring, recruiting, and talent management for the Boutique team.
• Pull and analyze sales data as needed.
• Oversee daily opening and closing of the Boutique.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 6+ years of experience in luxury retail management and boutique operations.
• Strong critical thinking and solution-oriented skills.
• Initiative and conscientiousness in responsibilities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SAP preferred.
• Secondary language is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
