Summary
The Boutique Manager is responsible for all aspects of the boutique including sales generation, store operations, team development, client experience, and budget management. This role leads the leadership team, oversees staffing and scheduling, partners with HR and corporate teams, and ensures visual merchandising and in-store promotions align with brand direction.
Responsibilities
- Achieve annual boutique sales goals across all product categories
- Lead and develop the leadership team and Sales Associates to drive client development and sales
- Ensure outstanding client service at all times
- Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll compliance, and boutique operating budget
- Partner with HR on recruitment and hiring of boutique staff
- Oversee visual merchandising and coordinate in-store promotions and events
- Manage shipping receiving inventory and aftersales processes to minimize stock loss
- Review operational reports to ensure adherence to policies and store profitability
- Maintain security and safety compliance for the boutique
Requirements
- 10+ years of boutique management experience
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion industry and luxury clientele
- Proven ability to develop motivate and train leadership and staff
- Strong interpersonal communication organization and follow-through skills
- Ability to prioritize manage time and delegate in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to operate all equipment vital to the job
- Ability to understand and apply company policies and procedures
- Willingness to work nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to travel as needed
