Boutique Manager

Summary

The Boutique Manager is responsible for all aspects of the boutique including sales generation, store operations, team development, client experience, and achievement of annual sales goals. This role leads the leadership team and coordinates with corporate functions to drive performance and maintain brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead leadership team and develop Sales Associates to meet individual and boutique sales goals
• Drive exceptional client experience and client development initiatives
• Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll budgets, and boutique operating budget
• Coordinate events and in-store promotions to increase traffic and sales
• Oversee visual merchandising in line with brand direction and campaigns
• Partner with Merchandising and Training to develop product knowledge
• Manage operational processes including shipping receiving inventory and aftersales
• Review operational reports and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
• Problem solve and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and productivity

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years boutique management experience
• Strong understanding of luxury fashion industry and luxury clientele
• Proven ability to develop motivate and train leadership team and staff
• Strong interpersonal communication organization and follow-through skills
• Able to prioritize manage time and work a full-time schedule including nights weekends and holidays
• Experience managing payroll commercial expenses and headcount
• Ability to operate essential equipment and apply company policies and procedures
• Willingness to travel as needed
