Summary

The Counter Manager leads day-to-day operations at the Chanel counter within Shoppers Drug Mart, delivering a luxury one-to-one client experience, driving sales and building customer loyalty. This full-time permanent role reports to the Territory Manager and focuses on achieving fragrance and beauty sales targets while cultivating long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior client service through personalized consultations.
• Generate maximum sales volume and achieve sales plan targets.
• Use selling skills to match product recommendations to customer needs.
• Increase the customer base and secure repeat business.
• Build strong in-store business relationships through effective communication.
• Maintain the Chanel luxury client experience and brand standards.
• Collaborate with the Territory Manager on account performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail beauty or fragrance sales.
