Summary
Experienced Boutique Manager responsible for leading and motivating the boutique team to drive sales performance and ensure outstanding client service while maximizing boutique profitability and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Define and monitor annual action plans to meet Maison and boutique sales objectives.
- Set and track individual sales associate targets and provide regular feedback.
- Develop client relationships and manage escalated client issues to maintain high service standards.
- Plan and execute boutique events and networking initiatives to drive new business.
- Recruit, motivate and develop boutique staff and build a talent pipeline.
- Manage performance and compensation processes and implement development plans.
- Oversee boutique operations including inventories, reports, expenses and maintenance.
- Prepare strategic analysis and action plans to optimize boutique performance and profitability.
Requirements
- College degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years prior management experience in luxury product selling.
- Experience with PR events and networking.
- Strong analytical, quantitative and computer skills.
- Experience with SAP desired.
- Additional language skills considered a plus.
- Proven ability to motivate and develop teams.
