Counter Manager - TEC Yonge St

Summary

Responsible for delivering the Chanel luxury client experience at the Shoppers Drug Mart counter in Toronto TEC Yonge St, driving sales and building client loyalty through one-to-one consultations and exceptional service. Reports to the Territory Manager and works full time (37.5 hours per week) to meet sales objectives for Fragrance and Beauty.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior client service with interest, courtesy, and sincerity.
• Deliver one-to-one consultations and extend exceptional client care to every customer.
• Use selling skills to relate product recommendations to customer needs.
• Achieve annual sales goals for the Fragrance and Beauty account.
• Increase the customer base and drive repeat sales and loyalty.
• Build strong in-store business relationships through effective communication.
• Represent the brand values and provide the Chanel luxury client experience.

Requirements

• Experience in beauty retail or counter management consistent with a Manager level role.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong consultation and clienteling skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship building abilities.
• Customer focused with a commitment to delivering luxury service.
