Boutique Manager

Summary

The Boutique Manager leads the boutique's retail strategy, team, and daily operations to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales targets. This role drives client acquisition and development while ensuring the boutique reflects the Maison's standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales initiatives and action plans to meet or exceed targets.
• Lead, coach, schedule, and motivate the boutique team, and support their product and policy training.
• Oversee boutique operations, safety, finance, reporting, and visual merchandising standards.
• Drive client acquisition, CRM usage, VIP relationships, loyalty, and client activations.
• Build community and business-center relationships and share feedback on competition and traffic.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of management experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong leadership, customer service, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop a team, analyze business and staffing needs, and adapt to change.
• Proficiency with MS Office; SAP experience preferred. Additional language skills are appreciated.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
