Responsibilities

• Drive sales, analyze retail KPIs, identify opportunities, and execute action plans.
• Set team objectives, coach employees, conduct performance reviews, and hire team members.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold brand values, grooming, and visual merchandising standards.
• Lead client development, oversee clienteling goals and data collection, and plan brand events.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, security, opening and closing procedures, compliance, expenses, and maintenance.
