Boutique Manager

As a Boutique Manager in Boston, you will be responsible for executing and promoting the Montblanc brand, reporting directly to the Regional Director. Your role will involve achieving sales targets, managing a team of sales associates, and ensuring the highest levels of customer service in a luxury retail environment.

• Achieve sales budget and diversification targets.
• Recruit, develop, and retain sales associates.
• Maximize sales potential by coaching sales associate behaviors on the sales floor and in the back room.
• Develop and review sales associate performance goals.
• Create annual business plans.
• Provide the highest levels of customer service to stimulate sales growth.
• Manage P & L and control boutique business expenses.
• Ensure operational execution and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Follow Loss Prevention policies and practices.

• 5+ years of retail management experience.
• Affinity for luxury goods; experience with watches and jewelry is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong clienteling skills.
• Ability to manage a P&L and strong floor management skills.
• Resourceful problem solver with strong communication skills.
• High level of etiquette and customer orientation.
• Ability to work open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 20lbs.
• Expert computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems.
