Boutique Manager

Summary

The Boutique Manager leads the Montblanc boutique in Santa Clara, executing and promoting the brand while achieving sales and diversification targets. This role oversees team performance, customer service, profitability, and boutique operations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales budgets and diversification targets.
• Recruit, develop, retain, and coach sales associates, and review their performance goals.
• Create annual business plans and manage the boutique's profit and loss, including controllable expenses.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maximize sales growth.
• Oversee operational execution and ensure loss prevention policies and procedures are followed.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of retail management experience.
• Affinity for luxury goods; watches and jewelry experience is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated leadership, P&L management, clienteling, and floor management skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-service orientation.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office; SAP and CRM experience preferred.
