Sales Associate

Summary

The Sales Associate is responsible for achieving individual sales objectives while developing and servicing customers. The role also supports boutique relationships through client development, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Achieve established sales objectives and develop a network of clients.
• Capture and update client information to strengthen boutique relationships and sales.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and provide outstanding customer service.
• Develop working knowledge of basic pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
• Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience; jewelry or high-end luxury sales experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build trusting customer relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• English and Mandarin bilingual skills are preferred.
• Ability to stand for most of the workday, reach and bend to access products, occasionally use a ladder, and unpack or lift large boxes.
