Luxury boutique manager responsible for driving sales performance, leading and developing the store team, delivering exceptional client service, overseeing operations, and executing local business and client development strategies for a new store opening in Vancouver.
Responsibilities
- Drive boutique sales and achieve store KPIs including traffic, conversion, sales volume and value, and average selling price
- Analyze retail performance and establish 360° action plans to capture business opportunities
- Recruit, set objectives for, coach, and develop the store team while conducting performance reviews
- Provide on-floor support and feedback to team members and ensure high standards of grooming and visual merchandising
- Lead client development and clienteling activities including outreach, appointments, and event planning
- Plan and execute events aligned with brand strategy and assess return on investment
- Oversee boutique operations including inventory, cash, security, opening and closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies and supervise store expenses and maintenance
- Act as a brand ambassador and proactively network with local influencers
Requirements
- Management experience in a luxury retail environment
- Proven ability to drive business results and analyze retail KPIs
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated leadership with ability to coach and develop high-performing teams
- Client-centric mindset with experience in client development and clienteling
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience planning and coordinating events
