Summary
Support boutique operations and administrative tasks for the North American boutique network, serving as liaison between boutiques and corporate and assisting with client hosting and sales as needed. Report to the Boutique Director and help implement policies procedures while maintaining high standards of merchandising inventory control and boutique maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain boutique operating policies and procedure manual.
- Perform inventory control and quality control for incoming outgoing and floor merchandise.
- Prepare weekly monthly and annual reports and provide strategic analysis and action plans.
- Manage building maintenance vendor scheduling and boutique condition checks.
- Manage incoming outgoing shipments memo consignment processes and vendor coordination.
- Organize storage of jewelry warranty cards accessories and back-office areas.
- Oversee repairs process including imaging and SAP repair workflow and client communication.
- Assist with sales floor coverage private appointments and ensure point of sale readiness.
- Participate in inventories cycle counts and audit preparation to ensure system accuracy.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in jewelry or high-value luxury product sales and operations preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and strong computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail ability to manage multiple tasks and strong communication skills.
- Must be able to lift 20+ pounds and perform physical duties including standing stairs and moving.
- Availability to work retail hours including nights and weekends.
- College degree preferred.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
