Responsibilities
- Assist customers in person and by phone with purchases, returns and other transactions
- Provide friendly knowledgeable service and recommend products based on customer needs
- Operate the cash wrap and maintain efficient checkout processes
- Support order fulfillment and order pick up tasks as needed
- Keep sales floor and cash wrap areas neat including restocking and light cleaning
- Stay informed on fashion trends and product features to assist customers
- Build customer relationships and inform customers about loyalty programs and gift cards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure department readiness
Requirements
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization skills and attention to follow through
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new applications
- Flexible availability to meet business scheduling needs
- Physical ability to stand and move continuously for 6 to 8 hours per shift
- Frequent bending reaching and lifting up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
