Summary
Support daily boutique operations to ensure excellent client experience by mastering standard operating procedures, systems, and tools. Act as an operations expert and resource for the boutique team, handling inventory, stock control, and visual and hygiene standards. Collaborate with boutique leadership to execute stock cycles and maintain omni-channel service continuity.
Responsibilities
- Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the client experience
- Serve as expert on Standard Operating Procedures systems and tools for the boutique
- Open and close registers and manage incoming and outgoing shipments
- Process received stock record inventory and maintain organized stock storage
- Communicate inventory and supply needs to Boutique Director and Assistant Boutique Manager
- Partner to execute stock cycle counts and annual physical inventory
- Support omni-channel operations to ensure seamless in-store and online client experience
- Co-own brand image hygiene standards and visual merchandising requirements
- Provide continuous sales and service support and build positive team relationships
Requirements
- 3+ years of related experience
- Ability to move and lift items up to 25 lbs with overhead lifting pulling and pushing
- Flexible schedule availability including late nights weekends and some holidays
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Understanding of and passion for client experience
- Knowledge of inventory management processes and stock control
- Experience in fragrance and beauty industry preferred
- Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally
