Boutique Operations Associate - Brickell

As a Boutique Operations Associate at our Brickell location, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and aesthetic appeal of our boutique. You will support the retail team by maintaining optimal working conditions and enhancing the client experience through efficient stock management and visual merchandising.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to make informed decisions that align with brand and client expectations.
• Maintain a pristine and hygienic boutique environment.
• Ensure compliance with Parfum Christian Dior's policies and procedures.
• Lead the retail team in operational excellence, aligning all procedures including sales, transfers, and stock adjustments.
• Participate in morning briefs and contribute to achieving store objectives.
• Develop extensive brand and product knowledge through training programs.
• Uphold Dior grooming standards and wear the Dior uniform.
• Assist in stock management tasks, including inventory preparation and monitoring stock levels.
• Manage visual merchandising, including ordering POSM and setting displays.
• Organize and optimize the back of house for team efficiency.
• Coordinate deliveries and manage digital tools maintenance.
• Oversee in-house and third-party cleaning teams and temporary staff for operations.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in stock management.
• Experience in retail or administration, ideally in luxury.
• Proficiency in digital tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Spanish or Mandarin language skills preferred.
