Contracted beauty artistry talent to support Hermès boutiques during product launches and key moments. Provide in-store makeup consultations and demonstrations to enhance the client experience and support store sales associates. Role is hourly and focused on luxury beauty product knowledge, client engagement, and maintaining presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional one-on-one consultation services to clients
• Perform demonstrations and color swatching to guide client choices
• Support store sales associates in the beauty area and collaborate to meet sales goals
• Manage booked appointments and schedule in advance
• Maintain visual standards, grooming, and hygiene protocols for the beauty area

Requirements

• Passion for makeup and luxury beauty with up-to-date product knowledge
• Strong communication and demonstration skills
• Ability to create a welcoming and inspiring environment for clients
• Comfortable supporting sales activities and working with the boutique team
• Availability for scheduled activations, launches, and virtual trainings
