Boutique Skincare Specialist - Yorkdale

As a Boutique Skincare Specialist at Yorkdale, you will serve as a Dior Ambassador, promoting the brand with passion and embodying Dior values. You will achieve sales targets while providing exceptional service and skincare expertise to clients, both in-store and remotely.

• Conduct in-store and remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper.
• Meet clients' needs and provide memorable experiences through high standards of service.
• Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to counter KPIs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, engaging new clients to the brand.
• Register client data and perform CRM activities.
• Apply merchandising guidelines and monitor stock levels.
• Deliver personalized skincare consultations using Dior tools.
• Contribute to skincare events and mentor colleagues on skincare selling skills.

• 1 year of skincare selling experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proven track record in achieving retail results.
• Experience in selling makeup, fragrance, and skincare.
• Digital savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Able to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings.
