Branch Security Officer - Phipps

Summary

The Branch Security Officer provides on-site security and back-of-house operations support while delivering an exceptional client experience. This role partners with store leadership to deter theft, respond to incidents, maintain security systems, and support opening and closing procedures. The officer also assists with facilities issues and contributes to store sales and hospitality objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide security controls and operations support to protect assets and support sales.
• Partner with Senior Security Officer and management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergencies.
• Perform daily inspections, alarm tests, key access checks, and submit required reports.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs and store operations tasks.
• Deliver a positive client experience, act as a brand ambassador, and support store sales and hospitality standards.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Desired: experience in a retail or security environment and at least 1 year prior security-related experience.
