Seasonal Sales Support - Phipps

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team members represent the brand on the sales floor during the holiday season, creating welcoming and memorable experiences for clients. The role supports sales and store operations by assisting with client interactions, point-of-sale tasks, packaging and hospitality. Team members also help maintain store presentation and assist with inventory and special projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist Clients to deliver a memorable, on-brand experience.
• Support sales team with POS functions, wrapping, boxing and replenishing supplies.
• Assist with engraving station and accurately manage floor waiting list where applicable.
• Maintain hospitality areas and ensure they are stocked, orderly and clean.
• Communicate service issues to management and assist with after-sales servicing and operational tasks.
• Support inventory tasks and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail or client-facing experience (hospitality or similar) preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills; ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and with a diverse client base.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
