Summary

Seasonal Team Members represent the brand during the holiday season, delivering exceptional client service and supporting store operations. This in-store, seasonal role helps create memorable client experiences by assisting the sales and operations teams across hospitality, POS, and merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and assist Clients, delivering personalized hospitality to enhance the client experience.
• Support the sales team with POS transactions, boxing, wrapping, and replenishing POS and gifting supplies.
• Assist with engraving station duties and accurately manage floor waiting lists when applicable.
• Maintain hospitality areas stocked, orderly, and clean; communicate potential service issues to management.
• Support operations with inventory tasks, special projects, and after-sales servicing to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements

• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or client-related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills; ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with a diverse client base and adapting to a changing retail environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform POS functions and handle merchandise, packaging, and store presentation tasks.
