Branch Security Officer - Aventura

Summary

Provide security and operations support for the store, delivering exceptional customer service and protecting company assets while supporting sales and back of house functions. Partner with senior security and management to deter theft, respond to emergencies, maintain security systems, and carry out opening and closing procedures. Act as a brand ambassador to deepen client relationships and help achieve store sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily security inspections, alarm tests, and equipment checks.
• Report missing assets and follow incident management procedures.
• Respond to emergency situations and coordinate with management.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures and other operational tasks.
• Assist with facilities repairs and communicate issues to the store team.
• Support sales by delivering a positive client experience and acting as a brand ambassador.
• Optimize hospitality and store amenities to enhance customer experience and act on client feedback.
• Cover back of house operations and controls as needed.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Basic computer skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in a retail or security environment preferred.
• One year prior experience in a security related position preferred.
