Branch Security Officer - Bal Harbour

Summary

As a Branch Security Officer, you will provide security and operations support to protect store assets, deter theft, and ensure a safe environment for clients and team members. You will assist with store opening and closing procedures, facilities tasks, and maintain security systems and inspections. The role also supports sales and service by delivering the Tiffany experience and acting as a brand ambassador.

Responsibilities

• Provide security and operations support to deter theft and protect assets.
• Partner with Senior Security Officer and store management to respond to incidents and implement incident management procedures.
• Conduct daily inspections, alarm tests, key access checks, and equipment follow-ups.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs and back-of-house operations.
• Support sales by delivering exceptional client service and deepening customer relationships.
• Act as a Tiffany ambassador, implementing hospitality standards and acting on NPS feedback.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Basic computer skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in a retail or security environment preferred.
• 1 year prior experience in a security-related position preferred.
