Branch Security Officer - Greenwich

Summary

The Branch Security Officer maintains a secure environment for clients and employees while serving as an ambassador and first point of contact to deliver a positive customer experience. This role supports both security operations and back of house store functions, including opening and closing procedures and facilities coordination. The officer partners with senior security and store management to deter loss, respond to incidents, and uphold security systems and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ambassador and first point of contact for clients delivering a memorable in store experience.
• Support sales by deepening client relationships and assisting store operations to achieve sales goals.
• Perform security patrols and monitor store to deter theft and protect assets.
• Respond to emergency situations and implement incident management procedures.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures and other back of house operations.
• Conduct daily inspections, equipment and alarm tests, and maintain key access controls.
• Report missing assets and submit security and incident reports to management.
• Assist with facilities repairs and communicate needs to the store team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience in a retail or security environment preferred.
• Minimum 1 year prior experience in a security related position preferred.
