Summary

Provide security and operations support for a luxury retail store, partnering with senior security staff and management to deter theft, respond to emergencies, and ensure adherence to security systems and procedures while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide security controls and operations support to drive sales and service
• Partner with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft and report missing assets
• Respond to emergency situations and follow incident management procedures
• Perform daily inspections, alarm tests, and key access management
• Carry out opening and closing procedures and back of house operations
• Assist with facilities repairs and communicate issues to the store team
• Act as a brand ambassador to support sales goals and deepen client relationships
• Optimize hospitality and store amenities to enhance client experience
• Act on client feedback and NPS scores to improve service

Requirements

• High school graduate
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Experience in a retail or security environment preferred
• 1 year prior experience in a security related position preferred
