Branch Security Officer - South Coast Plaza

Summary

The Branch Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure store environment while supporting daily operations and delivering a high level of client service. This role performs security controls, opening and closing procedures, and assists with facility tasks. The officer also contributes to the in-store customer experience and helps the team achieve sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide security and operational support to deter theft and protect store assets.
• Partner with senior security and management to report missing assets and respond to emergencies.
• Perform daily inspections, alarm tests, equipment checks, key access controls, and required report submissions.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs and back-of-house operations.
• Support sales by delivering a positive client experience and acting as a brand ambassador on the sales floor.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: experience in a retail or security environment and 1+ year prior security-related experience.
