Branch Security Officer

Summary

The Branch Security Officer supports store security and day-to-day operations while helping deliver exceptional customer service. This role partners with store leadership to protect people and assets, support sales, and uphold the brand experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with security leadership and store management to deter theft, report missing assets, respond to emergencies, and follow incident management procedures.
• Complete security inspections, equipment and alarm tests, access controls, and required reports.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures, assist with facilities needs, and support back-of-house operations.
• Provide welcoming customer service and support store sales and client experience standards.

Requirements

• High school graduate and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.
• Retail or security experience preferred, including one year in a security-related position.
