Branch Security Officer

Summary

The Branch Security Officer is responsible for delivering exceptional security and operations support in a retail store environment, partnering with management to deter theft, respond to incidents, and uphold brand standards while supporting sales and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide security and operations support to drive sales and service.
• Partner with senior security and management to deter theft and report missing assets.
• Respond to emergency situations and implement incident management procedures.
• Ensure security systems and procedures are followed including inspections and alarm tests.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs.
• Cover back of house operations and controls.
• Act as a brand ambassador to support store sales plan and client experience.
• Optimize hospitality and store amenities and act on client feedback and NPS scores.
• Communicate and coordinate with store team on operational matters.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights weekends and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience in a retail or security environment preferred.
• One year prior experience in a security related position preferred.
