Branch Security Officer - Waikiki

Summary

The Branch Security Officer in Waikiki is responsible for protecting store assets and supporting daily operations while delivering an exceptional client experience. This role partners with senior security and store management to deter theft, respond to incidents, and maintain security systems. The officer also performs opening and closing procedures, assists with facilities tasks, and contributes to sales and customer service efforts on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide security and operations support to help drive sales and service.
• Partner with Senior Security Officer and management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergency situations.
• Implement incident management procedures and maintain security controls, including daily inspections, alarm tests, key access, and report submissions.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures and cover back-of-house operations; assist with facilities repairs and communicate with the store team.
• Act as a brand ambassador on the sales floor, deepen client relationships, and support store sales plans through excellent customer interactions.
• Optimize hospitality and store amenities and act on client feedback and NPS scores.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Desired: Experience in a retail or security environment; 1 year prior experience in a security-related position.
