- Collaborate with the General Manager to build and develop a customer-focused team.
- Drive networking and recruitment activities in the store market.
- Engage in talent development conversations, providing coaching and feedback.
- Manage processes and store execution to achieve productivity standards and shrink goals.
- Champion new technology to support new selling techniques and business results.
- Uphold all company policies and procedures.
- Provide feedback to the General Manager and District Director on high profit potential and business trends.
- Ensure sales floor and store standards exceed expectations.

Requirements- College Degree or equivalent preferred.
- Retail Management or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap, and office.
- Ability to work with chemicals, lift/climb up to 30 lbs., and climb moderately.
- Ability to operate the register and stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.
- Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including day, evening, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as required.
- Proven track record of success in building and maintaining positive working relationships.
- Strong business acumen and planning/prioritization skills.
