Client Advisor - Orlando Vineland Premium Outlet

As a Client Advisor at the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlet, you will play a vital role in driving sales and enhancing client relationships for our new outlet boutique. Your expertise in clienteling and achieving sales goals will contribute significantly to the store's success.

• Achieve sales goals and key performance indicators such as conversion rate, cross selling, and upselling.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and clienteling.
• Deliver exceptional service throughout the client journey, from preparation to farewell.
• Manage sales and after-sales activities, including returns, repairs, and complaints.
• Ensure product maintenance and replenishment on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with the In-Store Visual team to adhere to display guidelines.
• Utilize the POS system for client transactions and operational tasks.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail industry.
• Proven track record in sales and client relationship management.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
