Sales Associate - Outlet Orlando Vineland

As a Sales Associate at Outlet Orlando Vineland, you will be a key player in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales in a dynamic retail environment. You will act as a Brand Ambassador, promoting our Retail Excellence Program and fostering genuine client relationships.

• Be a Brand Ambassador by providing an exceptional client experience and promoting our Retail Excellence Program.
• Meet and exceed sales goal targets on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis.
• Achieve targets for client data capture and maintain client relationships through after-sales service.
• Create and foster genuine client relationships to exceed core KPIs such as sales, UPT, and ATV.
• Support the team in generating new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
• Open and close consignments, process returns and exchanges.
• Communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management.
• Develop business-driving initiatives, contests, and events.
• Handle customer repairs and advise clients on the best fit of pieces.

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a retail environment, luxury experience preferred.
• Full understanding of specialty retail, including effective clienteling.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including retail point of sale systems, Word, Excel, and email.
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, multitasking with ease while balancing daily responsibilities.
• A positive, outgoing, high-energy personality that is entrepreneurial and sales-focused.
