Responsibilities- Be a Brand Ambassador by providing an exceptional client experience and promoting our Retail Excellence Program.
- Meet and exceed sales goal targets on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis.
- Achieve targets for client data capture and maintain client relationships through after-sales service.
- Create and foster genuine client relationships to exceed core KPIs such as sales, UPT, and ATV.
- Support the team in generating new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
- Open and close consignments, process returns and exchanges.
- Communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management.
- Develop business-driving initiatives, contests, and events.
- Handle customer repairs and advise clients on the best fit of pieces.
Requirements- Minimum of two years’ experience in a retail environment, luxury experience preferred.
- Full understanding of specialty retail, including effective clienteling.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including retail point of sale systems, Word, Excel, and email.
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, multitasking with ease while balancing daily responsibilities.
- A positive, outgoing, high-energy personality that is entrepreneurial and sales-focused.
