Full-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering personalized and inspiring shopping experiences that exceed customer expectations. Acts as an entry point for future leadership by supporting store initiatives, engaging clients, and representing brand standards. Works collaboratively with the team to drive sales, support training, and execute company vision.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources to drive selling
- Support execution of company and store initiatives and uphold store standards
- Participate in and support team training to achieve business results
- Engage clients through outreach and creative engagement strategies
- Support alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home
- Broaden product discovery using QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores
- Provide feedback to management on successes, opportunities, and category needs
- Maintain productivity standards through effective store execution
- Uphold company policies and provide ongoing feedback to management
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume specialty environment preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
- Ability to operate register, stand, move, and walk for multiple hours
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potential travel
- Proven track record of building and maintaining positive working relationships
- Planning and prioritization and time management skills
