Brand Ambassador - Central Valley

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver personalized and inspiring shopping experiences with a customer-first mindset, support store initiatives and technology, and serve as an entry point for future leadership roles. This role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and possible overnight shifts and travel while upholding brand standards and customer service expectations.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales goals and proactively focus on customer needs
• Support and execute company and store initiatives
• Participate in team training to achieve business results
• Utilize omnichannel tools to support alternative purchasing processes
• Represent and deliver a consistent brand experience on the sales floor
• Engage in networking to build a clientele
• Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or specialty environment preferred
• Effective communication with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register and stand and walk for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around store areas
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and potential overnight shifts
• Willingness to use new technology and digital tools for product discovery and sales
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers
