The Brand Ambassador drives sales for a specific beauty brand through product expertise and exceptional customer service. This role builds client relationships, develops business, and serves as a technical resource for customers and store associates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire clients, grow sales, and meet individual goals.
• Educate customers and associates on product features and technical details.
• Coordinate special orders, product movement, events, and trunk shows.
• Share customer and product feedback with merchants and vendor representatives.
• Model excellent customer service and support shortage awareness and store procedures.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of selling experience in a similar product category.
• Excellent selling, client development, and relationship-building skills.
• Training skills and basic math skills to interpret reports and support selling strategies.
