Part-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience for Ralph Lauren children customers. Role focuses on customer service, driving sales through engagement and supporting store initiatives while learning foundational skills for future leadership opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
- Provide personalized customer service and build client relationships
- Support company and store initiatives and represent RL brand expectations
- Participate in team training and use new technology to execute business results
- Utilize alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home
- Promote product discovery through QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores
- Maintain sales floor standards and store presentation at all times
- Provide feedback to management on opportunities and category needs
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or specialty environment preferred
- Strong customer communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to operate register, stand, walk, and move for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform light physical tasks
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts or travel
- Ability to work collaboratively with management and co-workers
