Brand Ambassador - Childrens

Summary

Provide a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor for the childrenswear category, helping to drive sales and represent brand standards. This entry-level retail role focuses on styling, product knowledge, and supporting store operations while contributing to team performance and KPIs. The Brand Ambassador supports visual standards, fitting room service, and operational tasks to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling to exceed customer expectations.
• Drive sales and meet individual KPIs (SPH, data capture) using company tools and resources.
• Engage customers with loyalty and connect programs (Polo Connect).
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards.
• Support operational activities including floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), opening and closing duties.
• Maintain store visual standards and follow visual merchandising guidelines.
• Participate in company trainings and provide product and customer feedback to management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk and operate a register for multiple hours.
• Ability to lift/move up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor, stock/dressing room and cash wrap.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel as required.
• Team-oriented, reliable, and able to prioritize tasks while maintaining store standards.
