Brand Ambassador

Summary

Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor, driving sales and customer engagement. This entry-level role supports store operations, visual standards, and merchandising while contributing to monthly and annual sales goals. Associates participate in training and represent brand initiatives while maintaining store standards and assisting customers in fitting rooms.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and a customer-first mindset on the sales floor.
• Meet or exceed individual KPIs (SPH, data capture) and support store sales objectives.
• Engage customers through loyalty/CRM programs and educate them on brand offerings.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms, support sizing, and maintain store presentation standards.
• Support operational tasks including floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), opening and closing duties, and BOH processes.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and provide product feedback to management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high-volume or high-profile environment.
• Effective verbal communication skills and ability to build positive customer and team relationships.
• Ability to stand, walk, maneuver the sales floor and operate the register for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., work in stock/dressing room areas, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel as required.
