Brand Ambassador - Contemporary

As a Brand Ambassador, you will drive business through expertise on a specific vendor line, representing the face of the brand. You will be responsible for technical knowledge of products, training and educating other associates, providing product feedback, and developing client and business relationships to enhance sales.

• Drive sales for the brand in a specific category.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive overall sales and acquire new clients.
• Coordinate special orders and product movement to meet customer requests.
• Reinforce shortage awareness and adherence to SOP for profitability.
• Coordinate department efforts for special events and trunk shows.
• Educate and train associates on product technical aspects.
• Provide feedback to corporate buying office and vendors.
• Act as a liaison between department and vendor representatives.
• Exhibit the highest customer service standards.

• 2+ years of selling experience in a similar product category.
• Excellent selling and client-building skills.
• Ability to communicate a clear vision and build trust quickly.
• Strong networking and relationship management skills.
• Basic math skills to interpret reports and develop selling strategies.
