Sales Specialist

As a Sales Specialist at Hermès Naples, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales and customer service objectives in a luxury retail environment. You will collaborate with the sales and support teams to enhance the client experience while adhering to operational standards.

• Meet monthly and annual individual sales goals and contribute to the boutique's collective targets.
• Organize and prioritize the selling floor to support sales efforts and maintain customer experience standards.
• Process transactions accurately and manage CRM files, ensuring client verification and sales analysis.
• Comply with asset protection procedures and participate in inventory preparation and cycle counts.
• Provide high levels of customer service, including greeting clients and assisting with packaging at POS.

• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Strong relationship development and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Strong organizational skills and open availability to meet business needs.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance.
