Provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience focused on customer service and driving sales performance. Represent brand values while supporting store operations and maintaining visual and service standards. This is a seasonal part time role with opportunities for future leadership development.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Support achievement of sales plans and collaborate with team on brand standards.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and with sizing questions.
- Maintain store standards on the sales floor and back of house, including opening and closing tasks.
- Support operational activities such as floor sets and replenishment.
- Participate in company trainings on product, process, and compliance.
- Provide product feedback and communicate customer insights to management.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
Requirements
- Retail or similar high-volume environment experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Capable of standing and walking for multiple hours and operating a register.
- Able to lift or carry up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and stock areas.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.
- Comfortable using company tools and programs to drive performance.
- Ability to maintain store visual and operational standards.
