Responsibilities
- Present products to clients using storytelling and technical detail while creating a hospitable atmosphere.
- Build maintain and develop a clientele using the company CRM platform.
- Develop and maintain product and industry knowledge for brands collections and pieces in the showroom.
- Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage.
- Support the client experience within showroom hospitality guidelines and turn clients to team members as needed.
- Independently use company systems hardware and software required to perform duties.
- Complete relevant administrative responsibilities that support the client experience.
- Take in and deliver client repairs when required.
- Maintain a professional attitude and comply with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience.
- Excellent storytelling client service and selling skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Able to multitask and work as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
- Computer literate including MS Office.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift packages or boxes as required.
