Provides personalized, customer-focused service and creates an inspiring shopping experience. Supports sales objectives, represents the brand, and contributes to a positive and inclusive store environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and help customers with styling, product knowledge, and fitting room needs.
• Meet individual performance goals and contribute to store sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, back-of-house, and visual standards.
• Support store operations, including replenishment, floor sets, and opening and closing tasks.
• Collaborate with colleagues and share customer, product, and category feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register and stand, move, and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift or climb up to 30 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
