Summary
Provide personalized and inspiring customer service on the sales floor, supporting sales objectives and brand standards while contributing to a positive team environment. This entry level retail role focuses on driving performance, styling customers, and representing the brand in all customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a customer first mindset
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture
- Support achievement of sales plans through teamwork and adherence to policies
- Engage customers using the Polo Connect program
- Assist customers with styling and product knowledge
- Provide fitting room support and maintain store standards
- Support floor sets, replenishment, and other operational activities
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities and maintain visual standards
- Participate in company trainings and provide product feedback to management
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred
- Effective communication skills with customers and team members
- Able to operate register and perform standing, walking, and physical tasks for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and possible travel
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers
- Willingness to complete company trainings and follow policies
