As a Brand Ambassador at Las Americas, you will be the face of Ralph Lauren, providing a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. You will play a key role in driving sales and supporting company initiatives, while embodying the core values of the brand.

• Drive business day to day and achieve sales goals.
• Focus on the customer in all decisions and support company initiatives.
• Participate in team training and utilize new technology to drive results.
• Deliver a consistent experience aligned with RL Brand expectations.
• Engage in networking to build clientele and provide feedback to management.
• Support alternative purchasing processes and broaden customer accessibility to products.
• Ensure sales floor and store standards are met at all times.

• Retail experience or similar industry experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and work with chemicals.
• Operate the register and work flexible schedules, including weekends and travel.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
