Brand Ambassador - Las Americas

Summary

Part time seasonal Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering personalized customer service and representing the brand in-store. The role focuses on driving sales through strong customer engagement, product knowledge, and maintaining store standards while supporting visual and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with a customer first mindset
• Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs and utilize sales tools
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans
• Enroll and connect customers through loyalty programs
• Assist customers with fashion styling and product education
• Support fitting room operations and maintain store standards
• Perform floor sets, replenishment, opening and closing tasks
• Participate in company trainings and support visual merchandising

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and team members
• Ability to operate register and stand or walk for multiple hours
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and performing physical store tasks
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
