Summary
Seasonal part time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering personalized and inspiring shopping experiences while supporting store operations and sales objectives. The role focuses on customer service, product knowledge, and contributing to team goals within a high volume retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Support achievement of monthly and quarterly sales plans and uphold company policies.
- Engage customers through programs such as Polo Connect and educate on offerings.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards on the sales floor and back of house.
- Support operational tasks including floor sets and replenishment.
- Participate in company trainings on compliance, product, and processes.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards using company guidelines.
- Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work on the sales floor for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks including climbing and maneuvering the store.
- Ability to operate the register and handle cash wrap responsibilities.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Willingness to complete required company trainings and follow policies.
