Summary
Provide personalized and inspiring customer service on the sales floor to drive brand loyalty and sales. Act as the entry point for future leadership by meeting individual KPIs and supporting store standards while representing the brand with knowledge of product and styling.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Support monthly and quarterly sales plans and collaborate with the team to uphold brand standards.
- Connect customers through the Polo Connect program and educate them on programs and offerings.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms with sizing and maintain store presentation.
- Perform opening and closing responsibilities and maintain back of house processes.
- Support floor sets, replenishment, and other operational activities.
- Participate in company trainings on compliance, product, and talent development.
- Provide product feedback to management and help maintain visual standards.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high volume environment.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, walk, and maneuver on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks including climbing.
- Ability to operate a register and perform stocking and dressing room duties.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possible travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
