Summary
Provide personalized and inspiring customer service on the sales floor to drive brand engagement and sales. Act as an entry level retail role focused on delivering exceptional experiences, supporting store standards, and contributing to team performance and development.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Support achievement of sales plans through collaboration and adherence to brand policies.
- Engage customers with loyalty programs and educate them on store offerings.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store presentation standards.
- Complete opening and closing duties and support back of house operations.
- Participate in floor sets, replenishment, and visual merchandising activities.
- Attend company trainings on product, processes, and talent development.
- Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
- Strong customer communication and relationship building skills.
- Ability to operate register and perform physical tasks including standing and walking for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel.
- Ability to follow company policies and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Comfort with participating in trainings and using sales tools and resources.
