Seasonal Part Time Brand Ambassador focused on delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience while supporting store initiatives and building customer relationships. This entry level role supports sales goals, uses company technologies for alternative purchasing, and represents brand expectations on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Drive day to day business and achieve daily weekly monthly sales goals
• Provide personalized customer service and build clientele
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training
• Utilize More Ways to Shop technologies and alternative purchasing processes
• Maintain sales floor standards and merchandising presentation
• Represent the customer experience expectations in store
• Provide feedback to management on opportunities and category needs

Requirements

• Retail or similar high volume specialty environment experience preferred
• Effective customer and team communication skills
• Ability to operate register and stand walk for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver on the sales floor
• Flexible availability including days evenings weekends and possible travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
